THE 50 BEST MOVIES OF THE DECADE!!!
Whats up, guys? Its been a little while since i hit you with a movie blog, but a lot of second guessing and outside influence form freinds and movie forums caused me to hold off on getting this list out before january 1st. Before you get started and go over this list, i’d like you to READ before you continue to see what movies i picked. Some of your favorite movies may not be on this list, and i wouldnt wanna waste your time. First of all, lets just all agree that at least one of the lord of rings movies is the greatest movie ever made and blahblahblah. Im sure by now, you’ve seen one of ‘em on a million other “best of the decade” lists. We get it. It is great. We dont need to put that movie on yet ANOTHER list. Next…the movie Crash will not be on this list. And quite frankly, if you like that movie youre probably a terrible person. This decade brought a handful of overrated “tour de force’s” or “powerhouse’s” that also wont be on this list. The movies range from Lost in Translation, Training Day and Sideways to Donnie Darko, The Departed and History of Violence (although i love cronenberg). So yeah sorry, you wont find these movies below either. What you will find is great variety of movies ranging from; zombie, arthouse, comedy, action etc. These movies below truly sum up this decade, that started with a BANG (mulholland drive, yi yi, in the mood for love, etc) and kinda ended on a “eh” * shoulder* whatever kinda feel (inglorious basterds). There is NO ranking. Evereything is in alphabetical order. Ranking these movies would take another 2 months, and to be honest, i think its impossible to have 1 or 2 movies labeled “the best”. So, here goes…
