One Year Limited Warranty

Your timepiece is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a limited warranty of one year from the original purchase date. Any such defect will be repaired free of charge. Warranty is void if watch has been subject to abuse, tampering, accident or opened by non-qualified watchmakers. The warranty excludes damage or wear to the case, crystal, strap, bracelet , gemstones, crown and power cell. This timepiece is not warranted against moisture or water damage if the case is not marked water resistant. Flud Watches will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your timepiece.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above information may not apply. This warranty states specific legal rights and rights may vary from state to state. 

Precautions

• Do not tamper with, open, or expose the case or movement.
• Your watch is a beautiful fashion timepiece and is not considered waterproof. We suggest that you do not wear your watch while diving, swimming or showering.
