Kanye Ties MJ For Grammy Awards

Kanye shows no signs of slowing down...
At the Grammys this year Kanye took home four awards. Three of the four came from the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album. Winning awards for best rap album of the year, best rap song and best rap song collaboration.With the last but surely not the least coming from the collaborative effort of him and Jay-z's Watch The Throne, they took home the coveted the best rap performance award for Otis.
Adding these four awards to his collection this now puts Kanye at 18, which also ties him with the legend himself Michael Jackson. This says a lot about his work ethic and goals that he sets for himself. While some may be surprised at how fast he has caught up to the "King Of Pop", Im sure he feels like he is right on track. Kanye refers himself to a "machine/robot". I guess to a certain extent he is just that.
Though he won four awards, Kanye was not there to accept them after vowing to never attend another award show after his Taylor Swift incident at the VMA's. This is all and well but I'm sure some would love the opportunity to hear one of his unexpected award speeches. At the pace he's going I am sure that the "18" will soon be surpassed. In retrospect, I know he'll see it as a special moment passing his long time idol in total awards.
